Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All of our merchandise is produced on demand through our ship-to-home print partner. Because items are custom-printed for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, buyer’s remorse, or other personal preferences.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  • Made-to-order apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, leggings, etc.)
  • Headwear (caps, beanies, bucket hats, etc.)
  • Drinkware (mugs, water bottles, tumblers, etc.)
  • Accessories (tote bags, drawstring bags, backpacks, phone cases, stickers, etc.)
  • Home goods (blankets, pillows, posters, wall art, etc.)
  • Limited-edition or seasonal items (special drops, recital collections, or anniversary merch)
  • Gift cards (digital or physical)
  • Sale or clearance items

Size & Fit

All apparel is made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order.

Customized Products

Any items customized with names, numbers, or personal details are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

Hygiene & Safety Items (if you sell these)

For health and safety reasons, items such as face masks or drinkware are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except for manufacturing defects.

Requesting an Exchange or Refund

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
  • The wrong item was shipped.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at orders@shopdancemakers.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
